Geusseppe Gonzalez

Geusseppe is the Head of LATAM, with a wealth of experience. He has held high-level positions, such as the Deputy Director for the Communications Industry of the ICT Ministry in Colombia, consultant for Digital Catapult and BMI Consulting in London, advisor to the National Spectrum Agency (ANE) and the Communications Regulator (CRC), amongst others. He’s also served as official delegate of the Colombian government at the Communication Infrastructure and Service Policy Working Party of the OCDE, a technical delegate at the World Radiocommunications Conference 2019, and delegate of the Colombian government at CITEL for IMT and spectrum matters. Recently, he led the implementation of the 5G plan, the transition to new technologies plan, Colombia’s new satellite regime, and the management of spectrum for both IMT and non-IMT technologies.

Geusseppe has a degree in Electronics Engineering from Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia and a Master of Science in International Technology Management (with Distinction) from the University of Warwick (UK).
