The Disease Investigation Team at Access Point is responsible for identifying, tracing, and managing communicable diseases impacting patient populations. They conduct thorough investigations to track infection sources, monitor disease spread, and implement containment strategies. Through direct interaction with affected individuals and healthcare providers, the team ensures accurate reporting, offers guidance on disease prevention, and supports public health initiatives to mitigate disease impacts and promote community health.

The Operations Team at Access Point is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our healthcare-focused call center and telehealth solutions. Led by the Director of Operations, this team, which includes an Operations Manager and Project Managers, oversees day-to-day activities, manages resources, and implements projects to improve efficiency and service quality. Their primary goal is to optimize operational processes in order to enhance the patient experience and meet the evolving needs of our clients nationwide.
