Preston Puleo

Preston Puleo, MAI, is a Senior Director at Access Point Financial, specializing in investment and asset management strategies for distressed lodging properties since March 2021. As Principal at Fenway Real Estate Advisors since July 2020, Preston has developed a platform to assist clients with investment decisions amid significant challenges, improving returns through operational enhancements and funding solutions. Previously, as Director at HVS from June 2011 to May 2020, Preston conducted valuations for lodging real estate totaling over $18 billion. Additional experience includes various roles at hotelAVE and internships at ClubCorp and Pinehurst Resort, along with a teaching assistant position at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration. Preston holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.
