TBD is the current Site Coordinator at Access Restoration Services. Before that, they were the Lead Contract Environmental Specialist at Buckeye Partners from May 2017 to June 2021. In this contract position, they led the environmental planning and permitting effort for the proposed South Texas Gateway Terminal project. This project consisted of the development of a new crude oil export terminal in the Port of Corpus Christi that will export oil from several pipelines that transport crude from the Permian Basin to Corpus Christi, Texas. It has two new top of the line loading docks capable of loading VLCC's simultaneously.Tops skills utilized are related to permitting, communication, environmental training, coordination with project team members, inspection and reporting documentation for NEPA related projects.
