TBD is currently a Site Coordinator 2 at Access Restoration Services. TBD has worked in the environmental field for over four years, with experience in strategic business planning, regulatory compliance, inter-agency relations, environmental impact assessments, SWPPP compliance, facility siting evaluations, environmental permitting, environmental inspection, negotiating solutions, promoting feedback, managing multiple projects, and emergency response planning.

TBD's most recent experience was as a Lead Contract Environmental Specialist at Buckeye Partners from May 2017 to June 2021. In this role, TBD led the environmental planning and permitting effort for the proposed South Texas Gateway Terminal project - a new crude oil export terminal in the Port of Corpus Christi that would export oil from several pipelines transporting crude from the Permian Basin to Corpus Christi, Texas. The terminal had two new loading docks capable of loading VLCC's simultaneously.

TBD has excellent skills in communication and coordination, which has helped them successfully navigate complex environmental projects.
