Access Sacramento
Paul Dhalle is a Senior Audio/Video Engineer at Sacramento Kings since June 2006 and Chief Engineer at Access Sacramento since May 2016. Paul holds multiple degrees in Telecommunications\Broadcast Engineering, Electronics Technology, and Communication from Napa Valley College, as well as Biomedical Equipment Technician Certification from American River College. Paul also has an Associates of Science in Electrical Engineering from ITT TECH.
Access Sacramento
Access Sacramento is the non-profit public access cable TV, radio and internet broadcaster serving Sacramento County. We can be seen on cable channel 17 & 18 on Comcast and Consolidated Communications, Channel 14 on AT&T U-verse and are live streaming from our homepage, www.AccessSacramento.org. Projects include cablecast and internet radio including our low-power FM radio station, KUBU 96.5 FM from downtown Sacramento, our "Place Called Sacramento" film festival showcasing Sacramento actors, crew and writers, and the 'Sacramento Has Talent" stage show. Our mission is to give voice to the thoughts, dream and cultural arts and community events that make Sacramento County such a wonderful place to live.
