Bill Jolly

Director Of Mental Health Recovery And Family Services at Access: Supports for Living

Bill Jolly has extensive experience in mental health and social services, currently serving as the Director of Mental Health Recovery and Family Services at Access Supports for Living since February 2005. In this role, Bill Jolly manages New York State Office of Mental Health residential programs, care management, homeless outreach, foster care, and community-based child welfare programs. Prior to this position, Bill Jolly was the Director at Youth Advocate Programs from October 1995 to January 2005. Education includes a Master's degree in Social Work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fordham University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
