Erika Odonohoe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and customer success across various healthcare technology companies. Currently serving as SVP Client Services at Access TeleCare since June 2023, Erika previously held prominent roles, including Head of US Customer Success at Ultromics and Vice President of Customer Success at ImageMover, where significant processes within Salesforce were developed to enhance operational visibility.
