Prashant Bhat serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Access TeleCare since October 2015, where Prashant has designed and developed the Telemed IQ telemedicine enterprise platform, contributing to a successful IPO in 2020 and scaling telehealth consultations from 35,000 to 500,000 annually. Previously, as Senior Director of IT at Evolent Health, Prashant played a key role in developing the Identifi population management platform, which also achieved a successful IPO in 2015. Prior experience includes managing technical teams at Elevance Health, leading application development at Lumenos during its acquisition by Anthem, and developing web services at Verizon, alongside an early career at Tata Consultancy Services supporting GE projects. Prashant holds a BE in Electronics and Communication from Malnad College of Engineering, Mysore University.
