Nicholas Scully

Nicholas Scully currently serves as the Head of HR and Career Support and Recruitment Manager at Access Training Academies since 2023. With previous experience as a Recruiter at Primark from 2022 to 2023 and as the Business Operations Manager at Renderplas Limited in 2022, Nicholas has also held various store management roles at H&M, Build-A-Bear Workshop, and Travis Perkins plc between 2015 and 2022. Nicholas began professional development in HR with CIPD qualifications in 2023, while pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management at the University of Derby from 2025 to 2027. Early education includes an AVCE/A-Level in Business Studies from John Taylor and Bishop Walsh RC School, completed in 2001.
