Hal Westmoreland began their career in 1984 as a Captain in the US Army, serving in the 7th Battalion, 101st Airborne Division as a Pilot-In-Command for CH47 helicopter battalion. In 1989, they moved to Fluor as an IT Operations employee. After a year, they joined Greenville Hospital System as an IT Support employee. In 1995, they became self-employed. In 2002, they joined AERIE Engineering as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for implementing a document management system for large format documents. In 2007, they were promoted to Operations Manager at AERIE Engineering, where they were responsible for sales and marketing for machine design services, document management and knowledge capture services. In 2009, they joined John Efird Company/Accessability Services as a Business Development employee, specializing in labels of all types. Finally, in 2012, they became the Owner of Professional Network Connections, which is designed to offer sales people, business owners and true networkers the perfect network experience.
Hal Westmoreland received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer/Business from Furman University between 1980 and 1984.
