Rashad Mirzoev

Rashad Mirzoev is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations Department at AccessBank Azerbaijan since August 2021, Rashad oversees all aspects of IT management and drives digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Rashad held various positions at Rabitabank OJSC over a span of thirteen years, including Director of the IT Infrastructure Department, where significant contributions included leading datacenter migrations to hyper-converged infrastructures and implementing a Cloud-based SWIFT solution. Rashad's earlier experience encompasses roles in network engineering and technical support, with foundational expertise developed at Azerbaijan Communications ISP and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rashad is an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, having completed studies there from April 2021 to June 2022.
