Alex Meade

Alex Meade currently serves as Executive Vice President of Economic Development and Public Finance at Texas Regional Bank, a position held since January 2020, following a tenure as Senior Vice President in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as City Manager for the City of Pharr, TX, from November 2018 to January 2020, and Chief Executive Officer at Mission EDC from August 2011 to October 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from St. Edward's University.
