Chelsea Allen

Chelsea Allen is an experienced professional in the human services field, currently serving as the Residential Program Manager at AccessCNY since March 2015. Additionally, Chelsea has been involved with ARISE CNY as a Community Habitation staff member since January 2012, where valuable work was done with individuals, including a 13-year-old girl with Cerebral Palsy. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Technology in Legal Studies from SUNY Canton (2009-2013) and furthered education with a degree in Human Service Management from SUNY Empire State College (2016-2017).
