Hussien Shousher

Vice Chair at ACCESS

Hussien Shousher, was the former CEO of GEM Inc. and GEM Energy, has been with the Rudolph Libbe Group of companies for 25 years up until this past year. Hussien has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The University of Toledo. Hussien and his wife Randa reside in Sylvania Township and have two children and two grandchildren.

During Hussien’s tenure, GEM expanded to multiple locations throughout three states with over 1,000 employees.

Utilizing design/build construction to manage energy productivity projects from concept to commissioning, GEM Energy has expertise in combined heat and power (CHP) system design and integration as well as turnkey solar development from funding through installation. GEM Energy is a distributor for Capstone microturbines in four states.
