Mark Dowling

Mark Dowling has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Mark began their career at Eliassen Group in 1996, where they served as the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Staff Accountant. During their time there, they managed the company's accounts receivable process, including collections, billing, cash applications, and cash forecasting. Mark also supervised billing, collections, and cash applications.

In 2001, Mark joined Nuance Communications as a Revenue Supervisor. Mark held this position until 2006, gaining experience in revenue management.

In 2006, Mark moved on to Charles River Development, where they took on the role of Global Manager of Revenue Accounting and Billing until 2012. Mark then became the Assistant Controller from 2013 to 2018.

Currently, Mark is employed at Access | Information Management as the Senior Director of Accounting, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Revenue Accounting Operations O2C from 2018 to June 2021.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated their expertise in various accounting roles, showcasing their ability to manage financial processes and supervise teams.
