Patricia Krippendorf

Patricia Krippendorf has extensive work experience in human resources and operations management. Patricia is currently serving as the VP Global HR Operations & Technology at Access | Information Management since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Director, HR Technology and Employee Services at MITRE from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for managing HR Technology and Employee Services teams. Prior to that, they served as the VP Employee Service and Human Capital Systems at The MENTOR Network from 2014 to 2019. Patricia also has experience as the Founder & President of Adventure Bear Cubs, a business in the children's education market, from 2010 to 2019. Patricia started their career at World Travel Holdings in 1987 as the SVP, Service & Operations, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and managed a team of over 200 professionals.

Patricia Krippendorf earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Salem State University between 1983 and 1987.
