Jyoti Bala

Jyoti Bala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Principal Business Analyst at the NSW Department of Customer Service since June 2015, Jyoti has played a pivotal role in designing the OneGov software-as-a-service system, which facilitates online transactions for over 30 NSW Government departments. Additionally, Jyoti has held positions as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant for AccessHQ and as a Senior Business Analyst at the Department of Customer Service. Previous roles include positions at NAB MLC, Westpac, Telstra International, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, showcasing a diverse background in project management and system enhancements across multiple sectors. Jyoti possesses an MBA in IT from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemistry from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, along with a Diploma of Financial Planning.
