Florence Kabata has over eight years of experience in client management and service. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Service professional at AccessKenya Group Limited since January 2016, Florence is responsible for managing client relationships effectively. Previously, from November 2012 to February 2015, Florence worked as a Front Office Assistant at ICEA LION Group, handling incoming calls and providing internal and external client service.
