Jennifer M. Schott, AFC® has extensive work experience in the education and financial capability field. Jennifer M. currently serves as the Managing Director of the AccessLex Center for Education and Financial Capability at AccessLex Institute, a role they have held since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Education Services at the same company, where they led a team responsible for client service delivery and operations to member law schools. During their time in this role, they developed products and services for law students and administrators.

Before joining AccessLex Institute, Jennifer worked at American Student Assistance, where they held various roles. Jennifer M. started as a Client Manager, managing relationships with university clients and analyzing loan origination and borrower repayment data. Jennifer M. then became the Assistant Manager of School Relations, overseeing customer service delivery to university clients and assisting in the development of strategies to enhance performance and customer service. Jennifer subsequently served as the Manager of Financial Education, leading the development of training materials and implementation of financial education products. Finally, they were promoted to the position of Senior Manager of Client Services and Administration, where they managed teams responsible for consulting and financial education program training for university customers and strategic partners.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated their ability to drive customer satisfaction and engagement, develop marketing resources and campaigns, and create operational frameworks for service delivery. Jennifer M. is experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and has a strong analytical mindset.

Jennifer M. Schott has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Mathematics and Economics & Business from Lafayette College. Jennifer M. also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) Degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor from AFCPE® (Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education®) in October 2016.
