Afc® Justin Zieman

Justin Zieman has a diverse work experience in the field of financial aid and education. Justin is currently serving as the Regional Director, Central at AccessLex Institute since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Houston College of Medicine as the Assistant Director of Scholarships & Financial Aid from May 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Assistant Director of Student Financial Services at Indiana University School of Medicine from November 2014 to May 2019. Justin also has experience as a Team Lead - Senior Financial Aid Analyst at Harrison College, where they supervised and mentored teams and developed best practices to improve productivity and compliance.

Justin Zieman, AFC®, has a diverse educational background. In 2009, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Mount St. Joseph University. Afterwards, they pursued further education at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. In 2018, they completed a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) degree from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Master Certificate in Public Affairs. Most recently, in August 2021, they earned the Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) certification from AFCPE® (Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education®).
