Jake Zagrakalis

Jake Zagrakalis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at Access One, Inc. since August 2019, Jake has also held multiple roles within the company, including Systems Administrator and Project Engineer I. Prior to Access One, Jake worked at Amerihub Technologies as a Technical Support Specialist and began their career at State Farm® as a Customer Service Representative. Jake's foundational experience includes an internship at Marquette Bank as a Helpdesk Associate. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Illinois State University, earned from 2012 to 2017.
