Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience across various roles in IT infrastructure and support. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Access One, Inc. since January 2025, Mark guides clients in planning and transitioning IT systems. Prior positions include Infrastructure Engineer Manager at Ascend Technologies, where management of the NOC support team was a key responsibility, and Operations Center/Support Manager at Stratosphere Networks, overseeing support teams and client engineering escalations. Mark's experience also includes roles such as Technology Account Lead, System Integrator for premium defense and aerospace clients, and Manager of Network Administration for a global hospitality brand. Mark’s career began as a Consultant at Cody Consulting, followed by positions at Ameridata, Leo Burnett, Apple Computer, and IKON Technology Services.
