Kristen Losover

Kristen Losover has over a decade of work experience. Kristen joined Aon Hewitt in 2010 as a Processing Assistant and progressed through various roles including Benefits Operations Administrator, Benefits Operations Manager, and Benefits Service Manager. In 2013, they became a Team Lead - System Configuration and held this position until 2017. Kristen then worked at Optum as a Director of Implementation from 2017 to 2023. Currently, they are Vice President, Client Onboarding at AccessOne, starting in 2023.

Kristen Losover completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Florida from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended West Morris Mendham High School from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued the International Baccalaureate program. In addition to their formal education, Kristen obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Acuity Institute in August 2018.
