Nicole Doucette has worked in the education field since September 2015, starting as a Program Assistant at Newport Community School. Nicole then progressed to become a Special Education Teacher at Middletown Public Schools, before moving on to roles such as Director of Family Engagement at Lawrence Academy and Special Education Coordinator at AccessPoint RI. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Salve Regina University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Public Policy from Boston College.
