Tate Rarick

Tate Rarick is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in market access and strategic marketing within the biopharma sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at AccessSync, Rarick leads efforts to provide integrated access marketing solutions that drive growth for biopharma companies. In addition, Rarick contributes to Elandas' advisory board, focusing on market access strategy and planning. Previously, Rarick founded and directed The Profero Group, a specialty market access agency that supported numerous biopharma brands across various therapeutic areas. Earlier roles include Associate Manager in Strategic Customer Marketing at Johnson & Johnson and Manager of Business Development at Rosenbluth International. Rarick holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, along with an MA in East Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware.
