Gladys Codarini

Gladys Codarini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit, controlling, and business compliance. Currently serving as the Internal Audit & Controlling Director at Acciaierie Bertoli Safau SpA since December 2017, Gladys has held multiple key positions within the same organization, including Internal Audit Director, Chief Business Compliance Officer, and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to this, Gladys led the Controlling department from April 2007 to November 2016 and gained valuable experience as a Controller at Roquette from September 2004 to March 2007. Gladys began a career in consultancy as a Business Analyst at Ernest & Young Consultants from November 1998 to August 2004. An alumnus of Università Bocconi, Gladys graduated with a degree in 1998.
