Shalini D R has extensive experience in the software engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Team Lead at Accion Labs since May 2019, having progressed through roles including Engineering Team Lead, Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to Accion Labs, Shalini held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra from March 2017 to May 2019 and began a career as a Software Engineer at Huawei Technologies India from September 2013 to February 2017. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Oxford College of Engineering and Visvesvaraya Technological University.
