April M. Rizzi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2023, they joined Accion Opportunity Fund as the Director of Business Advising Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Profit In View as a Profit Coaching and Bookkeeping specialist starting in 2002. From 2020 to 2022, April served as the Director of the COVID-19 Response Center - East Bay at AnewAmerica Community Corporation. April M. also worked as a Sr Business Advisor at Contra Costa County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, April served as a Self-Employment Consultant at the Texas State Department of Rehabilitative Services (DARS) from 2010 to 2018. Lastly, they held the position of Interim Program Chair for the MBA Program at JFK University in Pleasant Hill, CA, from 2006 to 2007.
