Kaitie Lynch has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kaitie is currently serving as the VP of Marketing and Communications at Accion Opportunity Fund, where they are responsible for scaling the organization into a national platform for inclusive finance. Prior to this, Kaitie was a member at Hue, a position they held since 2021. Kaitie also worked as an OD50 Fellow at On Deck from March 2022 to July 2022.
Before joining Accion Opportunity Fund and Hue, Kaitie held several positions at theSkimm, starting as a Senior Manager of Brand, Campaigns, and Partnerships in 2021 and leaving their role in February 2022. During their time there, they led the campaign strategy and developed a marketing partnerships program.
Kaitie's experience also includes working at Brooklyn Brewery, where they served as the Global Lead of Marketing and Innovation, Director of Field Marketing and Innovation, Field Marketing Director, Field Marketing, and Events Manager, Senior Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and Executive Assistant & Front Desk Lead. Kaitie played a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies across Brooklyn Brewery's global markets.
Additionally, they served as a Marketing Intern at Brooklyn Brewery in 2012 and worked as a Farm Volunteer at Brooklyn Grange during the same year. Earlier in their career, Kaitie gained experience as a Communications Intern at the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild, a Public Relations Intern at Vera Wang, and an Intern at Homeboy Industries.
Kaitie Lynch completed their high school education at Concord Academy from 2005 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Kaitie then went on to attend Occidental College from 2008 to 2009 but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, Kaitie Lynch attended New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Kaitie'sself-designed degree focused on Food Justice + Sustainable Development, and they also pursued minors in Spanish and Environmental Studies.
