Rick Allen

Rick Allen currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Accion Performance, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions within Accion and Morales Group, including Vice President and Director of Operations. With a background in logistics, Rick has also worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Morales Group, Inc., and as a Strategic Account Manager at MS Companies. Beginning a career in logistics as a Consultant at Total Quality Logistics, Rick focused on exceeding customer expectations in transportation services. Educationally, Rick Allen earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ball State University's Miller College of Business from 2005 to 2009.
