María Florencia Ossola

Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Proprietor/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and University Professor from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
