Amelia Villegas

Amelia Villegas is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HRBP at ACCIONA since September 2022, responsible for managing selection processes for diverse profiles and identifying HR needs within a corporate environment of approximately 300 employees. Previously, Amelia served as an International Recruiter and International HRBP at ELECNOR from December 2010 to July 2022, focusing on national and international recruitment, employer branding, and collaboration with marketing on content creation. Early career experience includes internship roles in recruitment and human resources at Claire's Accessories Spain and Start People. Amelia holds a Psychology Degree with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master's in HR Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, and is currently pursuing the International Women Acceleration Track in Business Leadership at Universidad Nebrija.
