David Packer is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Sydney Metro West CTP Project Director at ACCIONA since July 2021, David also held the position of Sydney Metro West CTP Construction Director. Previously, David was with Lendlease for over two decades, progressing through various roles including Project Director, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. David started a career in construction at Tarmac Construction and also worked as a Design Engineer during a secondment at Sir Alexander Gibb. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, obtained from 1990 to 1993.
