Maximiliano Ades

Maximiliano Ades is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in facility services, currently serving as the Managing Director for Acciona Facility Services since April 2013. In this role, Maximiliano oversees operations across nine countries, managing more than 20,000 employees and an annual turnover exceeding 500 million €. Prior to this, Maximiliano held the position of Director Middle East Facility Services and General Manager for Qatar and Oman, where the business grew to 60 million € in annual turnover and employed 4,000 staff. Previous positions include General Manager at OPTIMA Facility, Director of Facility Management & International Operations at Acciona, and roles at Terra Natura Benidorm and The Walt Disney Company. Maximiliano holds an MBA from Enae Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
