Telmo Pérez Luaces currently serves as Chief Innovation & New Business at ACCIONA and as a Board Member at ESC Venture Capital SGEIC, having been with the firm since June 2016. As a mentor with Endeavor Spain since 2014, Telmo has supported various entrepreneurial initiatives. Previously, as EVP of Business Expansion & Innovation at Verisure Securitas Direct, responsibilities included assessing new market launches and product innovation. Telmo's tenure at Orange spanned from 2003 to 2015, where roles included VP of Digital Corporate Development and VP of Business Development & Strategy, focusing on strategies for convergence and smart home solutions. Early career experience includes a managerial role at eresMas, contributing to strategic business and M&A activities. Telmo holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from Escuela de Negocios Caixanova and degrees in Business Administration from Universitá degli Studi di Pisa and Universidad Santiago de Compostela.
