Tom Convery is an experienced environmental professional with a diverse background in managing environmental compliance and initiatives across various projects. Currently serving as Area Environment Lead at ACCIONA AU & NZ since September 2021, Tom has previously excelled as Program Environment Manager for the Level Crossing Removal Project’s Southern Program Alliance and as Environment Manager overseeing multiple packages. Prior roles include serving as Acting Team Leader and Senior Environmental Officer at the Department of Transport, and Environmental Officer at VicRoads. Tom's career began with foundational roles such as Environmental Science Intern and Laboratory Technician, complemented by comprehensive academic credentials, including a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Management from the University of Newcastle and advanced diplomas from Flinders University in Geographic Information Systems and Groundwater Hydrology.
