Praful Rawat

Praful Rawat has over 14 years of extensive experience in finance roles. Praful most recently served as the Director of Finance at ACCL International, where they led the planning, development, and execution of finance operations globally. Praful also prepared monthly financial reports, provided feasibility analysis for new projects, and played a key role in investment decision-making processes. Prior to that, Praful worked as a Financial Controller at Rhine Shipping DMCC, where they managed various aspects of consolidation, variance reporting, and VAT filing. Praful also ensured the accuracy and reliability of financial reports. Before that, they served as the Finance Manager at GOODRICH GROUP, where they controlled the financial functions of three entities and worked with global agents. Praful also has experience as a Finance Manager at Stellar Shipping Co. L.L.C., where they managed vessel operations, negotiated contracts, and prepared audit reports. Praful began their career as an Assistant Manager at The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd and ITC Limited.

Praful Rawat obtained an Associate's degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai in 2003. Praful also obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
