Tali Rubinfeld, CDMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations for Acclaim Ability Management Inc., focusing on Employer Services, Workers’ Compensation, and Health & Safety since December 2015. Rubinfeld has extensive experience in managing customer success operations, overseeing teams, and enhancing service delivery across various roles, including Manager of Workers’ Compensation and Employer Services and Team Lead in both fields. Previous experience includes positions as WSIB Case Management Coordinator for the Toronto Police Service, President and Disability Consultant at Disability Management Corp., and Disability & Wellness Consultant at STAPLES Canada. Rubinfeld's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University.
