Aaylan Zapotoczny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Lead Analyst at Acclaim Systems since June 2019, primarily focusing on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Cloud Communication System. Prior roles include VSD Systems Analyst Tier 4 at Verizon Business and Network Technician at TCW-GAV. Aaylan's military background includes serving as Chief Warrant Officer and Signal Systems Technician in the Pennsylvania National Guard. Aaylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Central Penn College and an Associate's degree in Business Studies from HACC. Additional educational pursuits include attendance at Penn State University and the University of Phoenix.
