Aaylan Zapotoczny

Aaylan Zapotoczny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Lead Analyst at Acclaim Systems since June 2019, primarily focusing on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Cloud Communication System. Prior roles include VSD Systems Analyst Tier 4 at Verizon Business and Network Technician at TCW-GAV. Aaylan's military background includes serving as Chief Warrant Officer and Signal Systems Technician in the Pennsylvania National Guard. Aaylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Central Penn College and an Associate's degree in Business Studies from HACC.
