Patrick Osborne

Patrick Osborne began their career in 2009 as a Senior Client Service Manager for Cotiviti. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the Complex Chart Validation service line, including client relationships, direct client requests and inquiries, new concept development, chart selection, driving audit team goals and performance, reporting, and administrative support functions. In 2015, they transitioned from the CMS RAC audit to manage the Complex Chart Review (CCR) team's relationships and provide operational oversight for one of Cotiviti's largest health care payor clients. In this role, they were accountable for all aspects of the CCR service line, including client relationships, direct client requests and inquiries, new concept development, chart selection, driving audit team goals and performance, reporting, and administrative support functions. Their efforts in 2015 doubled audit identifications and revenue from the previous year.

From 2010 through 2014, Osborne served as the Manager of Client Relations for Cotiviti's CMS RAC Audit. In this role they managed the Joint Operating Agreements and overall coordination and operations between Connolly and CMS’ Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs). As you may know, the MACs process all Medicare claims and are key partners to ensuring RAC Program success. Patrick worked with five MAC partners throughout RAC Region C and together, they have corrected approximately 4 million claims resulting in over $3 Billion in corrections for CMS.

Patrick also managed complex chart reviews by our sub-contractor nurse and coding audit teams, served as the Project Manager overseeing the RAC Contract Renewal Project Plan & Process Improvement initiatives, and

Patrick Osborne attended Norristown High School before going on to study management at Rosemont College. Patrick then completed their MBA at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
