Carlos Damasceno is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and consulting within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Acclarity since November 2024, Carlos previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Consulting at HighRadius from February 2022 to October 2024. Carlos spent nearly two decades at PTC in various roles, including PTC Cloud Divisional Vice President, where a strategic transformation resulted in significant business growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. Additional leadership roles included responsibility for global services, where Carlos successfully managed multi-million dollar business units and improved profitability across diverse regions, including Asia and the Pacific Rim. Carlos began their career as an Aerospace/Aircraft Design Engineer at Allison, contributing to innovations in turbine design. Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State Great Valley.
