Barteld van der Weerd

Barteld van der Weerd's work experience includes various commercial positions at FrieslandCampina from 1991 to 1997 and at Mars from 1998 to 2003. Barteld served as the Marketing Director at Struik Foods Europe from 2003 to 2004 and as the Business Development Manager EMEA at JohnsonDiversey from 2005 to 2008. Van der Weerd then worked as the Regional Marketing Director Western Europe at Esselte from 2008 to 2017 before joining ACCO Brands as the Regional Marketing Director Northern & Western Europe. Barteld is currently serving as the Senior Director Regional Marketing EMEA at ACCO Brands.

Barteld van der Weerd completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management Science at Eindhoven University of Technology from 1983 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended RSG Schoonoord Zeist from 1977 to 1983. Recently, they also obtained a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week with Mark Ritson.
