Julian Spencer II

Julian Spencer II, B.S. CSIA, currently serves as a Cyber Security Analyst at ACCO Brands since November 2025. Previously, Julian held positions at the City of Aurora, including Enterprise System Engineer, where automation of onboarding/offboarding processes was implemented to enhance operational efficiency, and Service Desk Security Analyst, focusing on identifying security threats. Julian also contributed to the APS Training Academy as an Instructor, facilitating STEAM workshops for elementary students, and worked as an Information Technology Contractor at Exelon, managing a PC refresh project. Additional experience includes roles as a Driver and Teen Counselor at Fox Valley Christian Action, and Shift Lead at Oberweis Dairy. Educationally, Julian completed a Bachelor of Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science from Waubonsee Community College.
