David Osburn

David Osburn, CBA, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and collections, currently serving as the Director of Billing and Collections at ACCO Engineered Systems since November 2008. In this role, David oversees billing, credit, collections, and accounts receivable analysis functions, and played a key role in transitioning to the JD Edwards ERP system in 2020. Previous positions at ACCO include Collections and Billings Manager, Billing Manager, and Collections and Credit Manager. Prior to ACCO, David was the Director of Credit & Collections at Easton Sports, Inc., handling credit, collections, and cash applications for a $350 million company. David's earlier career includes roles as a Credit Supervisor at Sanyo Fisher USA and a Senior Business Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet, where credit analysis and research played a significant role. David holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA in International Finance from California State University, Northridge.
