Richard Holzer

Richard Holzer is a Senior Project Manager - Preconstruction at ACCO Engineered Systems since January 2019, overseeing all aspects of mechanical and plumbing construction projects. Previously, Richard served as Principal Preconstruction Engineer and Business Development Manager at Southland Industries, where responsibilities included managing project pursuits and providing engineering leadership. Richard's extensive experience also includes roles as Managing Principal Engineer at Southland Industries and Managing Principal at Glumac, where Richard founded Southern California operations, facilitating the design of numerous iconic LEED-certified buildings. Early career experiences include positions as Principal Engineer and Associate at Southland Industries and Tsuchiyama&Kaino, respectively, along with a Project Engineer role at Levine/Seegel Associates. Richard holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
