Galen Simmons

Galen Simmons is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting. As the CEO and Founder of Accolade since November 2023, Galen spearheads organizational strategy and growth. Prior to this role, Galen served as an Expert Senior Manager at Bain & Company from November 2022 to October 2023 and held the position of Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from October 2017 to September 2022. Galen also founded Direct Match in 2014 and worked as an Interest Rates Trader at Jefferies LLC from 2009 to 2014. Academically, Galen holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chicago, and participated in the Winter 2015 Batch at Y Combinator, following an education at Bronx High School of Science.
