Lukas Repal

Lukas Repal has extensive experience in the real estate and property management industry. Lukas began their career in 2006 as a Search Consultant and Office Manager at GRN - Global Recruiters of Czech Republic. Lukas then worked as an Executive Assistant and Business Development Manager at Onlinereal.cz, where they managed the design and development of a real estate portal project. Lukas then moved on to Marathon Consulting Group, where they worked as a Property Manager and Sales and Leasing Associate, specializing in property management and homeowners' associations.

In 2010, Lukas joined TVO Europe Holdings a.s. as a Property and Facility Manager and was later promoted to Head of Property Management Services. Lukas managed a portfolio of investment properties for private international investors in the Czech Republic.

In 2013, Lukas joined Emaar Malls Group PJSC as a Property and Association Manager, responsible for managing operations and owner associations in the Emirates Living master community. Lukas was later promoted to Manager of Operations and FM for The Dubai Mall, overseeing the operations and facilities management services.

In 2016, Lukas joined Accolade Holdings a.s. as the Country Manager for Poland. Lukas then moved on to become the Head of Asset Management and Acquisitions, managing their portfolio of projects throughout the CEE region. Finally, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all operations of the group in Europe and managing various departments.

Throughout their career, Lukas has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in acquisitions, development, budgeting, and relationship management with financing institutions.

Lukas Repal holds a Master's degree in Business and Law from the Prague University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business and Law from the same university, from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Lukas has acquired additional certifications in community management, associate communications, community leadership, OSHAS 18000 internal auditing for occupational health and safety management, as well as project management professional.
