Kathleen Pumphrey

Kathleen Pumphrey is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and program management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Accolade Technologies, LLC since July 2023, Kathleen previously held the position of Account Lead at SAIC, where responsibilities included overseeing operations at Ft. Meade, MD. In roles such as Senior Program Director and Business Area Manager/Program Director at Engility, Kathleen managed complex contracts and portfolios, demonstrating expertise in analysis and targeting. Prior experience at Leidos involved managing a large, multilingual services contract, while early career experience included serving as an officer in the US Government. Kathleen holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Shepherd University.
