Leah Weyandt

Leah Weyandt is currently the Chief People Officer at Bounteous. Leah has a history of founding and working in various talent and culture roles, including as the Founder and Principal Communications Strategist at Sift Consulting. Leah's experience also includes being the Senior Director of Human Resources at XOR, Inc. (formerly Hollyer & Schwartz), where Leah played a key role in the company's growth. Leah holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Communications and English from Wheaton College.
